Order Cancellation
For In-Stock Items
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped.
If an order is cancelled at this stage, you will receive a partial refund. Please note that the deposit paid to reserve the product is non-refundable.
Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to return the item due to personal preference, please contact us to arrange a return and refund according to our policy.
For Customized Items
For customized paper art products, we and our partner will communicate with you throughout the customization process.
Once the design and manufacturing process has begun, the deposit (50% of the total price) is non-refundable( the item has not yet been shipped)
Customized products require specialized techniques and artistic craftsmanship. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our creative work.
Return & Refund
If you request return please contact us in 14 days after your packaged delivered.
For In-Stock Items
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email.
You will be notified whether your refund request is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically returned to your original payment method within a certain number of business days, depending on your payment provider.
For Customized Items
Customized items are non-refundable.
If you receive a customized product and are dissatisfied, we regret that refunds cannot be provided.

Damaged Products
Our products may be damaged during transportation.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us ASAP( in 14 days). We will arrange to send you a replacement part.
To qualify for a replacement, please record a video while unpacking the product as proof of damage.
